Essential, Classic and Professional are paid monthly. Business and Business Plus are paid once a year.

How paying works
- You pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Lawful Let never sees your card details.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- You can move to a bigger or smaller plan at any time.
- If a payment fails, we email you and you have 7 days to put it right. After that your account is locked until it is paid. Nothing is deleted and there is no late fee.
- You need a plan before you add a property. There is no free trial.
